David Arthur
While Amy and I worked together she was in charge of the teams that oversaw the training, quality assurance, and customer service for all of our online teachers. In the three years I worked together with Amy I found her to be a leader who struck a good balance between being detailed oriented but still giving her team the space to deliver great work and to grow and develop themselves. Amy led her team through the launch of a large scale online education product while, at the same time, managing a relocation from Shanghai to Switzerland, a private equity acquisition, the arrival of COVID-19, and a rapidly changing regulatory environment in China. Despite all of these challenges, Amy and her team contributed to a successful product launch and continued to deliver high quality work. They continually met or improved on every metric under their control. I happily endorse Amy for any role requiring a detailed oriented leader who is able to find order in ambiguous situations and who is able to get the most from their team while allowing them space to develop.
