When I started working for Omega in 2016, Amy was the first person to welcome me into the wider Omega family and co-ordinated my training. Instantly I recognised she had a vast skill set and her knowledge in all areas of the business, really inspired me. She was incredibly welcoming, fun, and encouraging and I left my training that day, feeling motivated and ready for my next step. In more recent years, I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work with her in recruitment support, and her management style was more than refreshing. Amy was a key player in regularly boosting morale and always encouraged me to stretch myself and learn new skills. I especially admire her ability to adapt and overcome any challenge thrown at her, always with a smile on her face. Amy was very successful working with our international clients and developed the clients brilliantly to help create a new division within Omega.
