  As a Program Advisor, my role involves collaborating with school districts to minimize risk and ensure compliance at the local and state levels. By evaluating existing processes in districts and schools, we assess the overall effectiveness of programs. We provide clear updates on program status and identify areas that require improvement. Our recommendations aim to strengthen any identified deficiencies. Additionally, we conduct annual reviews of school safety plans. Training - Continuous Education Code Training: We offer web-based training materials for school and district staff. Leveraging our technology and expertise, we efficiently manage staff identification, notification, scheduling, documentation, and reporting for trainings. Documenting district efforts ensures compliance can be demonstrated in case of legal proceedings. We simplify complex education codes and laws, providing easily understandable training materials. Compliance - Expertise & Service: We document processes to support essential operations and demonstrate compliance during legal challenges. Our team proactively monitors changes in education law to keep our clients up-to-date.
