* A novel prototype design concept was generated for fixing mandibular fractures in assisting cranial maxillofacial surgeons during surgical procedures. The model was designed in such a way that it avoids any undesirable interference with the surrounding soft tissues and bones, providing multi-planar structural support thereby assisting in treating the fractured bone to attain uninterrupted healing and recovery. * Comparative analysis between the traditional fracture fixation procedures and the novel concept design proved the stability of the new design with superior 3D conformation and reduced post-operative complications. * Biocompatible materials were carefully chosen for assisting cranial maxillofacial surgeons during their surgical interventions in fixing the fracture, complemented with an easier approach of implantation ensured higher hardware biocompatibility than the existing treatment methods. * Performed verification and validation activities of the prototype to ensure that the concept complies with both requirements and specifications to fulfill its intended purpose.
