  • Maintaining the Inventory record in SAP version sap business one 9.2 • Monitoring the inward and outward of compounds of all the 3 locations ie.Mumbai,Hyderabad,Canada. • Monitoring the stock of all 3 warehouses, so that physical stock always matches with books stock. • Co-ordination with Hyderabad and Canada team so that SAP stock is always updated and matches with books stock. • Monitoring of GRNs for the goods receipt, all the respective details are entered in SAP. • Responsible for overall inventory, good receipt, good issue etc.Also, to make sure all the relevant information is entered in SAP for all the compounds. • Analysing inventory reports- Non-moving stock, fast moving stock to be replenished, • Fixing up the threshold level for all the compounds. • Monitoring the packing materials so that we have sufficient qty of vials and packing materials required. • Responsible for calibration and validation of cold room and balances. • Co-ordination and communication with clients for retesting of compounds. • Adding up intangible and tangible benefits to the work, in terms of the creativity and innovation rather than routine activity.
