But the focus was on new hospitals while expanding the existing based on the market requirements and needs. During my period of employment with MMS I was able to manage and oversee: -· Over 300,000 SQM of hospital BUA.· Over 1,300 new hospital beds.· Over 200,000 SQM of housing BUA.· Over 1000 different types of housing units.· Budgeting over 1 billion S.R. in projects cost.· Supervise our own MMS staff in addition to all consultants, contractors and suppliers that could add up to 1000 staff members in some projects.· Meeting CBAHI & all medical - nonmedical building standards & requirements.· Traveling all over the globe to meet with our international partners to assure the executionof all medical & nonmedical standards in our final design packages.· Approving materials, medical and nonmedical furnishings locally and abroad.· Handing over projects after completion from all aspects to our own operation department.· Following up with all consultants / suppliers / contractors during the 1st year warrantied maintenance period after projects hand overs.
