As a Programme Manager Amrish is a competent and enthusiastic leader, he is able to motivate and inspire people to perform at their best and leads by example with Integrity and professionalism. Amrish brings out the best qualities in his staff by placing trust in people and delegating tasks inline with an individuals strengths. It's always a pleasure to work with Amrish and I would be happy to do so again in the future if the opportunity arises.

David Catanzariti [MCTS,MS,MCP]

As a program manager Amrish continues to successfully deliver key high-profile projects time and time again. This is due to his hardworking, knowledgeable, structured approach to teamwork and the inter-operation of multi-disciplinary teams. In his role at Dept of Health, he successfully managed the delivery of migration of 4000 users to Microsoft Exchange from Notes, and delivered the Microsoft SharePoint platform to Health. This platform enabled him to then deliver multiple highly-visible and high-profile projects within the department such as the new intranet, enterprise search, corporate directory, and the infrastructure underpinning it all. Having worked with him twice now with many years in between, Amrish proves to me that you can be dependable, reliable, and have a never-wavering can-do attitude often in the face of adversity and stress - which makes him a pleasure to work with and be around - and a solid performer under any and all conditions. I have no doubt he is one of the best at delivery of projects of any scale.
