I had the pleasure of working with Amrin when she worked as a part of our programme support team supporting an organisation-wide Quality Improvement programme. Amrin made a positive contribution to the support function of the team - She supported several areas of work that I either oversaw or was involved in, her contributions included diary management, preparing venues, tracking logistics arrangements for events, supporting events, sending out electronic communications to hundreds of staff and data input from feedback received at monthly training courses. In addition to this, she is a personable individual who made a positive and lasting contribution to the camaraderie of the team.

It’s very rare to come across someone as unique as Amrin. She has a genuine flare to help her colleagues. Something you don’t see very often nowadays. I was particularly impressed with her ability to handle a very heavy workload, with new things coming from all directions. She is extremely organised and able to deal with complicated issues/projects in a very calm, confident manner. She is friendly, bubbly and just a pleasure to work with. Any team would be lucky to have her.
