B- Projects :- 1- Working as a site engineer for the construction of 42 villas ( G+1st+pent house) in additional to Clubhouse and Swimming Pool at al Ebb area ( State of Qatar ) with a budget (33,000,000) Qatari Riyals. 2- Working as a site engineer for the construction of place ( G+1st+pent house) owned to Mr./ Abdullatif Zaid Al Mahmoud at al Ebb area (State of Qatar) with a budget ( 3,800,000) Qatari Riyals. 3- Working as a site engineer for the construction of 4 residential villas owned by Mr./ Abdullah & Mansour Abdullatif Zaid Al Mahmoud at al Ebb area (State of Qatar) with a budget (3,600,000) Qatari Riyals .

A:- Duties :- 1- Coordinating and collaborating with the architects, engineers and specialists to ensure the project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements. 2-Direct and follow up all additional variation to contract and negotiate with Consultant and Client to obtain the necessary approvals. 3-Follow up procurement orders and deliveries. 4-selects the subcontractors and workers, and provides required explanations for the builders and other professionals associated with the project. 5-Develop and ensure Quality and EHS plans are followed in site. 6-Set up the estimates, the budgets and the construction timetable for the client and develops the construction strategy. 7-Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account during the implementation phase. 8-Plan and arrange visits to existing and new potential clients, ensuring every client receives sufficient support to enhance their relationships. 9-Manage the daily working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on Client assignments from ensuring the correct material turns up,& to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues. B-Projects:- 1- Working as construction site engineer ( construction manger assistant) in Porto Cairo Villas ( 1st Phase ) at repairing works till the full delivery of site . 2- Working as a construction site engineer ( project manager assistant ) in Porto Cairo Medical Center a huge project with budget over (100,000,000) EGP.
