In May 2012, Andromeda Labs acquired eVision IT Compliance and IT Excellence Center departments. I started creating the IT compliance consulting and IT Excellence Center services on July 2012. The main mission is to create first class IT compliance consulting business in Egypt, Middle East, and Europe including:- Building the vision, the mission, and the business plan of the new practice- Building a first class team of technical consultants to help enterprises in building their IT compliance architecture- Creating the practice’s organization chart and job descriptions- Hiring, and training of the best calibers in the market - Building the IT Compliance practice framework and methodology that complies with the world wide IT compliance standards and best practices- Gaining competitive advantage over the well-established companies that work in the same field- Penetrating the local market with the new services and extending the practice to the Middle East region, Europe, and US- Positioning Andromeda Labs as the IT compliance consulting company that enterprise customers can rely on to achieve their IT compliance objectives- Managing the practice’s daily operations- Buidling Andromeda Labs IT Excellence Center to offer technical courses for IT professionals.- In Andromeda Labs IT Excellence Center, teaching very deeply technical courses for IT Compliance professionals, Computer Science undergrads, graduates, and post-graduates.- Creating the Robotics programming section for juniors, teens, and professionals.
