Leading the ISO9001 project as I was the primary liaison for quality certification where implemented the four Tiers of ISO system (in six months only) starting from QOP, Processes and Procedures, Work instructions and Test Methods, the electronic structure of the Engineering and Quality Documents. And also was able to get the AS9100 certificate in Aug 2004(after two years from ISO9001) • From no quality certifications to ISO9001 certified company, and eliminated a lot of wastes and improved overall company performance.
