Including SG&A expense controls.  Project Accounting/Management : Ensure end to end deliverable for Telecom site constructions from Establishment (BOQ/BEME) to completion (RFI,PAC,FAC ) for the MNO’s, Towerco’s ,OEMS and Infraco’s. Including PaaS (Power as a service) projects.  Revenue assurance: including vendor’s validations and other shared services.  Managing the Treasury functions- cash management, ALM, bank reconciliations and interest verification's.  Budget and budgetary compliance and control- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual budget .  Payroll and Tax management :  All other functions as may be directed by the Finance Director.
