   Order management- Senior Sales Engineer -2015 to 2019 Siemens Ltd. － Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Study and evaluate customer requirements for quotation in reference with PMD (Product Master Data) and approved SP (Special Prices) issued from Siemens HQ in Germany. Prepare Offer Letter and create DAMEX. Process Calculation Sheets for approval with signature from technical and commercial units. Submit Offer proposal to customer for farther evaluation and approval for purchase order. Receive orders and evaluate in reference with the approved offer. Prepare and Create Material number generated by SAP. Process the Purchase Order for signatures and approval from technical and commercial units. Collaborate with commercial units to book Sales Order and Purchase Requisition number. Collaborate with Procurement unit to issue Purchase Order and release thru EDI to Siemens Germany for Manufacturing. Issue Order Confirmation to various customers for acceptance the terms of payments and delivery. Coordinate and negotiate to supplier (Siemens Germany) upon customer request for shipping documents and Material Test Reports/Quality Inspection Certificate. Coordinate with forwarder / couriers Track and monitor material deliveries thru OMS (Order Monitoring System) and SITRIS Supervise and check goods received and proper documentations for materials dispatch. Ensure materials material delivered to customer with signed Delivery Notes. Support commercial units for payments settlement by close coordination with customer. Provide periodical status of orders to commercial unit for revenue forecasting. 1997-2014 Senior Engineer - supervise design engineers and CAD specialist for control panels for power substations such RTCC, ABTS, ACCS, SYNCHRONIZING, UF/UV, ANNUNCIATOR , MIMIC PANEL, DRP & GPS Time Synch .
