  Project Monitoring, control, Review & Progress Reports.Review and Comment on the Design Basis Report, drawings, BOQ submitted by MEP consultant / Architect. Review of Design drawings & ensuring that the civil & interior drawings are adequately coordinated with the services. Inspection of quality, workmanship, and progress of the site. Monitoring the execution and day to day coordination with site. Monitor the contracted scope of work v/s actual executed at site (i.e tendered quantities V/s actual Quantities) Assist in reviewing the contractors extra items and claims. Daily correspondence with Contractors, Vendors, and Other Agencies. Attend Coordination meetings with Consultants and Contractors. Commissioning of the Project and Handover to Operations. Show less
