It is really a pleasure to write about Amol and his leadership skills. Amol organised the European level (District 59) Toastmasters conference in the Netherlands in May 2023. In this 3 days event we saw what it means to be a leader, project manager and also a host. Amol was leading from the front. Every details were checked and worked on and at the same time Amol made sure everyone was having great time. Even when somethings didn't go according to plan, Amol was quick to act and made sure things were back on track. He had a plan and Plan B for almost every situation. Hosting this conference was particularly challenging, as it was the 1st big conference post covid lockdown. And challenges bring the best in Amol. Amol, thank you so much for all your hard work, planning and leadership, and more importantly thank you for your affability and smiles throughout those 3 days. Your energy and warmth made it memorable for all of us.
