Complete communication and co-ordination with inter Office for all logistics issues & resolve the same. • Supervising and handling all operations at Panvel W/H and accountable for the same. • Maintaining all data and records for both companies for Panasonic as well as Polycom and products of other brands. • Maintain all documentation like Stock Reports, Challans, Invoices Docket etc. in physical form in files, registers as well as ERP Software. • Complete co-ordination with Transporters / courier for they do the delivery on committed time period to the clients. • Checking all bills of Transporter s well as courier • Negotiation with Transporter • Weekly physical stock checking and reporting to H/O. • Managing flow of information and documents to and from between Directors & Panvel W/H. • Maintaining detailed accounts of all expenses incurred at Panvel W/H. • Weekly expense sheet to be emailed to H/O every Saturday with opening balance and closing balance with submission of vouchers with relevant bills. Only vouchers with prior written intimation via email will be entitled. • Maintaining Panvel Muster, Attendance and Leave records of all W/H staff and reporting the same to Admin Manager on a monthly basis. All late coming / early leaving / leave to be confirmed in advance and in writing through email to Admin manager as well as Directors. For sudden sick leave, a call must be made to Warehouse Manager and sms to be sent to Admin Manager before 10.30 am on the day of leave. • Responsible for entire Warehouse & Logistics Operations Show less
