  As Deputy manager, I assisted with the day-to-day management of the entire nursery. I took the initiative to develop a syllabus for each term based on the Early Years (EYFS) framework. I created individual learning plans for children with special needs and completed a Special Educational Needs Coordination (SENCO) course. Moreover, I liaised with external agencies and other nurseries to develop partnerships. Part of my role as Deputy Manager also involved organising and delivering workshops for staff and holding weekly staff meetings and monthly appraisals.
