I worked for about 5 years with Amit in which he performed different roles. In all of those roles he excelled in one way or another. I remember him as realistic, open, straightforward, dedicated and very client focussed. He had a significant part in making the outsourcing of our Talentmanagement modules succesfull. Of course not soleley, but together with the developmentteams he managed and motivated very well. Great person to work with!

As a program manager I’ve worked in 2013 with Amit on creating a multilingual Azure platform. With several ups and downs the Dutch and India development teams succeeded in creating the multilingual reporting platform in Azure. At this time both teams had no real experience on creating such a platform. Amit as technical architect kept up the spirit of the India team and worked hard to solve several issues, being creative and innovative. It was nice working with him and his team.
