I conduct MDT clinics for children with diabetes and transition MDT meetings with adult clinicians. I actively participate in national audits, collaborating with the regional diabetes network and keep my skills updated with the most recent technological advances in the management of diabetes ( inclusive of CSII - continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion, Flash glucose monitoring, continuous glucose monitoring). Under my leadership, the service has achieved its best ever HbA1c for the local population ( NPDA 2019 - 2020).
