His expertise in data and ad tech was a huge asset for our team when it came to multiple initiatives across our product portfolio and advertising business. I'm especially impressed by his ability to define technical and business requirements for highly complex problems while managing expectations with multiple stakeholders. One of a kind, Amith is a star. He is a joy to work with day in and day out. He always has a smile on his face and an upbeat attitude, even in the most challenging of times. On our Programmatic Solutions Team, we grew Programmatic revenue across all Time Inc. brands 100% YoY for 3 consecutive years together, and we could not have done so without Amith's unrelenting, tireless analytical prowess. Not only was he responsible for managing data aggregation across all of our 3P Programmatic partners, but Amith built out a proprietary dashboard to house the data, and effectively summarized Programmatic channel - seasonality and MoM/YoY buying patterns across all Time Inc. brands and platforms. I have never heard Amith complain, but only provide solutions to problems. Amith was an invaluable asset to our team and I always looked forward to our calls and meetings together. I only wish we worked together more in person, but even with the miles between us, Amith was easy to work with and accessible as if there was no time difference. Amith will be a complement to any team that is lucky enough to have him, and I selfishly hope it's mine again some day sooner than later!
