  Wi-Fi Choupal is CSC SPV's ambitious initiative to boost internet connectivity at the last mile by utilizing BharatNet infrastructure. Initiated in January 2016, it engages CSC Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) as Community Internet Service. Accomplishments:  Designed software solutions driving continuous improvement to processes, systems, workflow and customer responsiveness.  Mentored development teams in Agile SDLC and STLC best practices. Ensured the release of premium-quality applications that provided intuitive and secure experiences for users.  Delivered new or enhanced developments, such as: - Network Management System This system collects WiFi Access Points data from 6 different Cloud Controllers viz. Cisco Meraki, Cambium, EnGenius, LigoWave, ZCom, and Maksat using their APIs and accumulate them in our DB in a common format. - Android Based applications WANI – To enable the use of TRAI compliant WiFi access points Bharat WiFi – Designed for Data Interoperability as directed by TRAI. WiFi Choupal Subscriber – Used to manage Plan, Data, Usage History and Purchase Plans. GPON Survey – To check the feasibility of any Village and availability of pre-requisites before installation of WiFi Access Points. CSC Locator – To locate any CSC VLE based on Near By Location, CSC ID, Service Delivery, State/District/Village. - Stock Management System This system designed to maintain the full lifecycle of H/W Purchase, Add to Inventory, Delivery to States, Installation at desired location, Return of Faulty or Unused items, Replacement of Faulty Items. - Domain Selling with Site hosting portal This feature rich system is capable of Domain Search, Purchase, Update, Renew, Transfer, as well Website package to Purchase, Update, Renew. - Web-based customer data-entry applications  Drove all phases of enterprise integration and process improvement projects to successful completion.   CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle, has been set up by the Ministry of Electronics & IT under the Companies Act, 1956 to oversee implementation of the CSC scheme. CSC SPV provides a centralized collaborative framework for delivery of services to citizens through CSCs, besides ensuring systemic viability and sustainability of the Scheme. Objective was to integrate different B2C and G2C portals with the CSC's Digital Seva portal to deliver citizen centric services to citizens in rural and remote areas of the country through the network of CSCs. Accomplishments: - Responsible for completion of eGovernance Service delivery starts from second line of discussion till Service delivery. - CSC Payment Gateway integration with G2C and B2C portals. - Mentored both sides Development, Support, Recon, and Accounts teams to streamline the process. - G2C and B2C integrations done under my supervision are: - G2C 1. Central Govt. Services: Pan (both UTIITSL and NSDL), Passport, IRCTC, eVahan, FSSAI, eStamp, IHHL etc. 2.
