CCS or Coding and Computational Skills program is a first-in-class program that provides students the skills to code apps, games and websites through an in-school intervention. The Curriculum Support Team will help us achieve this mission by supporting implementation of curricula, assessments and lesson plans that meet the needs of affordable schools in all parts of India. We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in APSs. Responsibilities: ● Interface between LEAD’s Curriculum team and partner schools & field teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the Coding and Computational Skills (CCS) program ● Address queries related to curriculum, and software usage from partner school teachers and field teams with curriculum, pedagogy and software expertise ● Train the teachers & academic excellence coordinators on CCS concepts and best practices ● Train the customer support team in addressing basic queries ● Support development of a chatbot to address frequently asked queries on the product Show less
