In February of 2013, I was accepted to an Alternative Certification program for teaching. I just finished the program on July 3rd. This was an amazing experience for me and I saw incredible growth as an educator and a person in just these 4 short weeks. I look forward to taking over my own classroom later this month in Gary, Indiana. Thankfully, I will continue to receive coaching and feedback from ITF and will concurrently be taking classes through Marian University towards my Master of Arts in Teaching degree.
