Korba site Roles & Responsibilities :- • Maintaining of Cash, Living the Organization Core Values and trying for cost minimization. • Monthly bills of contractor accounting including parking in SAP and its reconciliations. • Co-ordination with Auditors i.e., GMA, Internal & External and providing information’s to auditors. • Processing of bills of Suppliers /Contractors/Consultants and maintenance of Control sheets for major Contractors /Suppliers and updating the financial transactions in SAP. • Facilitating Corporate Accounts & Finance Team by providing information & reconciliation. • Monthly Review and Monitoring of employee advances. • Monthly review of Contractors and Vendors Payables. • Preparation of daily cash statement as desired by HO. • Monitoring Major Contracts Execution • All Statutory compliances like payment and challan submission of WCT, Service Tax, license renewal, etc. within the prescribed time limit under respective statute. • Monthly reconciliation with Bank and quarterly reconciliation with Intercompany & Inter Division. • Very good experience in project accounting. • Knowledge of Contract Management • Ability to maintain good rapport with FIs and banks • Analytical abilities • Ability to develop, Train & Retain Team for delivering desired results. • Having sound working knowledge of Excel and SAP (FI & MM). • Expertise in planning, execution and timely completion of work. • Functional knowledge of Accounts and Finance. • Good working knowledge of Banking procedure (Bank Guarantee process, monthly Stock Statement, Calculation of Interest on Mob advances and loans, foreign remittance procedure (Inward and outward . • Good Knowledge in Taxation – WCT, Service Tax, and Royalty.
