What can I say about this man? It was midnight last night and my PC looked liked it had really gone to the dogs, freezing pretty much shortly after I had hit the on switch. Friends had been in touch; and despite their best efforts I'd taken the thing apart and put it back together; nothing, nada. This is the machine I make my living from, and during Covid-19, I was not feeling great about trying to fund and source another. Amit offered to take a late night call (who does that?), and thanks to his remote guidance, was able to not only establish the problem, but guide us on getting our PC back to the land of living again. The same problem that an entire reddit community couldn't figure out. This man knows his stuff, and I can't thank him enough for his kind help. If not for it I would have likely tried a desperate fix that would have gone really put our machine out of commission. Either way things would have been very challenging. Thank you Amit, seriously.
