I had the privilege to supervise Amisha's Business Psychology and Coaching Masters Degree dissertation. She does well to takes initiative, to act with confidence and works well under her own direction. Through the data gathering process it was evident that Amisha demonstrates an interest in and understanding of others which, in my opinion, is a key skill for a business psychologist to have. She does exceptionally well to communicate proactively and encourages others to share their views. She also does well to consult others when decisions need to be made. Whilst working on her research, Amisha demonstrated high levels of integrity, detail orientation and was able to adhere to challenging deadlines and milestones. I highly recommend Amisha for any career avenue that she may pursue.
