• Was in charge as a WSH Coordinator for the LTA R153 Project Sub Contractor • To attend site progress , variation , co-ordination and other meetings relating to the project • To assist WSHO in ensuring that all assessments as required by legislation are conducted and reviewed at relavant intervals and to maintain records of the same • To assist the WSHO to conduct daily toolbox meeting and weekly mass toolbox meeting • To conduct daily health ,safety and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with the main contractor for closure • To assist the WSHO in immediately contacting Suprintending officer if situations are found ,that in the opinion of the WSHO , require immediate rectification or stopping of any operation. • To assist the WSHO in notifying Suprintending officer if the corrective action agrees after any workplace inspection is not implemented by the arrange date . • To assist the WSHO to carry out investigations into all accidents and near miss incidents and to record the findings on the relavant forms • To highlight area where training/certification is required to meed the standards imposed by Legislation ,Approved Codes of Practice or H.S.E guidance • To assist the WSHO in bringing new techniques for improving health, safety,environment and welfare to the attention of the superintending officer • To set personal example by wearing appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observing all safety requiremnts /procedures • To assist minute of meetings of all safety related meetings and other meetings as dirtected • To enforce promote safety rules and regulations at workplace • To coordinate and mantian safety records of safety training & daily/mass toolbox talks • Ensure proper monthly maintenance regime of equipment /machinery is carried out and documented

• Was in charge as a EHS Coordinator for the LTA Project Thomson-East Coast line Sub Contractor T302 • Assist the project manager to identify and assess risk arising from the workplace • Conduct site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM safety Acts & Regulation. • Conduct daily toolbox meeting to highlight safety issues • Supervise and attend to all issues related to workplace safety ,health and environmental control • Assist in the implementation and continual review of WSHMS(Workplace safety and health managment system) ,EMS(Environmental Managment System) , Fall Prevention Plan and Lifiting Plan. • Participate in external audit & company management meeting. • Assist in conducting periodic WSH cross inspection for all sites to ensure compliance with LTA safety regulations and industry standards. • Assist in conducting safety training / breifing such as familiarization on Risk Management's standardize procedures to the respective site team to ensure safety awareness that the operations are safe and in compliance with statutory regulations and international standards / practices. • Liasion and communication with contractors , third parties and team members • Carry out accident / incident investigation . To assist in the Permit to Work System procedural processes. Establish and deliver Health, Safety & Environmental promotional activities.
