  I used to work at Pizza Hut during my semester breaks. Being a student usually means little or no money, but when you’re working part time, you no longer have to worry about being able to afford the basic essentials or relying on your parents. From that I learn how to be independence. Through part-time work, I also learn how to talk to a variety of people from different walks of life. I'm forced to interact with lots of people that I wouldn’t normally talk to. As a result, I learn to be more comfortable around others. My main duties : 1. Greeting guests as they arrive at the venue, directing guests to tables, providing menus and taking orders. 2. Delivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table or to a self-service area. 3. Wiping down tables and chairs, removing rubbish and clearing event spaces. 4. Responsible for processing cash or debit transaction during payment. It's good to start at the bottom. In fact, it can be a very good place to start when you're building your career.
