Alireza Nazarian
I have known Amir-Reza since 2018 in my capacity as a research colleague and academic advisor. Amir-Reza has consistently followed instructions over the entire period that I have been working with him on different research projects. Where exercises have been tough, Amir-Reza has admirably tackled the challenges and delivered. He is exceptionally diligent, hardworking and eager to learn. Amongst his many qualities, what I admire the most is that he is focused and passionate about his work; he listens carefully and immerses himself fully into any given task. Consequently, he has produced work of a high standard, both in structure and content. He pays close attention to detail and always raises intelligent questions regarding the subject matter, which is a clear indication of his zealous nature and his willingness to learn. I am very impressed with his personal and organisational abilities. He has an excellent research colleague who is able to produce high-quality research papers and work very closely with other colleagues. We are currently working on several high-quality papers targeting ABS 2 and 3 in the organisational studies area. He has already published 1 peer-reviewed paper.
