I'm very pleased to recommend Amira for any position she applies for. As a Data Management Officer with Relief International, I've worked alongside Amira form November 2015 for 2 years. Not only has she been a key player on our team, but she's also become a close personal friend. Amira's skills and leadership qualities would make her an invaluable addition to information technology content development team. While Amira has found success at Relief international, helping increase our Data validation that decrease the inclusion and exclusion errors over her time in RI, she's looking to maximize her skills as a leader within a larger organization. Our small start-up doesn't yet have the opportunities for leadership for which Amira is qualified. Amira is poised to step into a role of Field Team Management for a content program. Amira marries her writing skills with a working knowledge of data and Field coordination. She works across workshop campaigns, and other public relations outreach to effect and enhance the field team engaging their duties. In a leading position with organization, Amira would use strategic tactics, like to take the organization presence to the next level. In addition to her professional qualifications, Amira has personal qualities that make her well-suited to leadership. She's naturally fallen into the role of "point person" that many of us go to with questions. She's not afraid to take risks and often suggests new directions to explore. Amira was instrumental in introducing our educational platform for training, for instance, a direction that has proven to be very fruitful. She's committed to quality, growth, and progress, and she inspires her team members to strive for the same. In short, Amira is a person with vision. On another note, Amira has become a close friend over our years of working together at RI. She organized several social events for the organization, like birthday party, farewell party and allowing us to form a great friendship. Amira's fun and friendly personality are just icing on the cake of her many other qualifications. Amira has my highest recommendation for any new position. I'm excited to see the directions in which the new organization will grow under Amira's leadership. Sincerely,

Hayat Al-Ansi

It is my pleasure to recommend Amira AL-Tholaya for employment with any company or organization. I have known Amira for over 6 years as co-worker as well as supervisee, during which time she worked as a TPM Monitoring Officer under the project I managed. I have been consistently impressed with Amira's attitude and productivity during the time that she has worked in the project. Amira is both very bright and quite motivated. I am confident that she will devote herself to a position with any company or organization with a high degree of diligence. She is a quick learner and has shown the ability to digest large volumes of information. Amira has also been effective in her efforts to engage the Implementing Partners we outreach to. She has been able to write interesting reports and supervise monitors in the field efficiently . I recommend Amira without reservation. I am confident that she will establish productive relationships with her co-workers and constituents. Please let me know if you need additional information about this outstanding young woman.
