  In my role as the client servicing director i directed communication and branding for Nestle Nutrition and Reckitt Benckiser. For Nestle, I handled a gamut of activities related to HCP, a unique challenge in the Indian market due to multiple regulations and protocols in practice. However, I was able to drive YOY growth for established brands including Lactogen and Nan. My responsibilities for Reckitt Benckiser included overseeing communication for OTC brand like Strepsils and Gaviscon to establish them as the key players and for Disprin to drive successful portfolio expansion. Further, I instituted a communication roadmap for carrying out promotional activity in Rajasthan for the Immunity Charm – A Cannes winning case from McCann Health. Noteworthy:  Reduced the team size by seven to three to lead a business generating 60% of branch revenue.  Led the development of experiential detailing for doctors, an interactive event wherein the doctors were invited to attend and engage with the science of the brand. Was later replicated by a number of brands at Nestle  Improved team’s knowledge base that positively impacted work  Generated leads for a few new businesses which were later converted into profitable deals

  During my association with From Here On Communications, I managed a business valued at INR 2 Cr for Yamaha Motors and launched two of its scooter brands including Fascino and RayZR successfully while leading all branding and communication pursuit for Yamaha’s flagship brand FZ and its extensions. I also played an integral role in launching Reliance’s collaborative initiative with Facebook called the “internet.org” and “Tap”. As a part of my role, I also assisted with other projects undertaken by the organization including the QSR business venture of Vatika Group called Nukkadwala Noteworthy:  Led Yamaha Fascino to gain 4% market share in the initial year of launch through precise positioning

  Publicis India hired me to lead two of its key accounts, Nestle Dairy and Suzuki. For both of these brands I created top-notch product launch and communication strategies to strategically position their products. Most of my efforts were focused on Strategic positioning of Nestle’s Shelf and Chilled Dairy including Nestle a+ Milk and Milkmaid. While doing all these, I adopted a catalogue-based Scope of Work model to manage the cost proposals. Noteworthy: Ideated and executed numerous BTL campaigns for Nestle Chilled Dairy portfolio, which received appreciation by Nestle globally.
