E-Garima Programme (UNICEF)- online 'Self-paced' learning platform for the volunteers 'National Service Scheme and Bharat Scouts & Guides'. - Monitored & managed the program. MUSUKURAYEGA INDIA (UNICEF)- An initiative for Psychosocial Wellbeing. Training Need Assessment of Anganwadi Workers (UNICEF & ICDS) on Severe Acute Malnourishment in 3 districts of Uttar Pradesh. -Identification of the gaps in the skills of AWW which they necessarily need. -Worked with Anganwadi Workers- the frontline government functionaries of the National Nutrition Supplementation Programme in India and play a vital role in promoting SAM management. -This study assessed them for SAM management and their ability to counsel and influence caregivers regarding these practices. 90 Anganwadi Workers from three districts of Uttar Pradesh participated. It was to evaluate a range of competencies considered necessary for the successful promotion of SAM management practices. Hello Didi programme (UNICEF) -An intensive study through which the health of pregnant women as well as the SAM children is Monitored, Assessed and Improved through relevant Digital interventions. -PHFI with support from UNICEF has established a ‘Decentralized Calling Mechanism’ in three high priority districts- Sonbhadra and Shrawasti and Balrampur. 1. Personalized support - Need based- appropriate Counseling- Flexible timingincreased intensity. 2. Consistent Reinforcement - Complementing ICDS-NHM activities. 3. Digitally Strengthened! Dastak Campaign (Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, UNICEF) -A rigrous campaign for eradication of Acute Encephalitis Syndrome and Japanese Encephalitis. It was also based on the similar model i.e. ‘Use of Cell Phone Technology as a Tool for analyzing and evaluating the Behavioural Change’. The cell phones were used for conducting the Tele-surveys. It was a model to test the effect, intensity and penetration of the the campaign held in 2021. Show less

Delhi Commission for Women offers Internship throughout the year, where the interns are exposed to the various Departments & Programs running under the Commission. During his Internship, he was firstly placed at Mahila Panchayat for a week under Mr. Manish - Project Coordinator. There he studied the monthly reports of past 2 years (March 2017- March 2019) of various NGOs and Documented individual reports emphasizing the prescribed task. 2nd placement was at Anti-Human Trafficking & Cyber Crime Cell (Mrs. Princy Goyal), where he drafted Summons for all the 15 District Commissioner of Police in Delhi, in response to a previous notice. He also did the briefing of the various case files related to Public Issues. Presently he's working on project to draft an outline for the Rescue and Rehabilitation Policy for the Commission. 3rd placement (2 weeks) - Mahila Panchayat (Mr. Manish - Project Coordinator), where he was sent for Fieldwork & the assigned task was to Inspect the working of the Mahila Panchayats of the NGOs and prepare a record. Later in the week he was assigned the task to prepare a record of solved cases related to domestic violence/ harassment/ sexual abuse/ extra marital affair etc. & report to the feedback callers for the feedback and follow ups. 4th placement - Middle Level Layer (Mrs. Divya Mishra - Sr. Legal Counsellor), where he was assigned a task to make alls to the complainants who didn't turn up for the mediation, may be due to any reason and prescribe them a new Counselling date.
