1. Produce HVAC designs in accordance with quality assurance requirements for safety -related systems, components and, structural systems in accordance with the applicable codes and that the necessary design verification activities are carried out 2. Execute midsize engineering projects, studies, tests, and analyses. 3. Produce CAD models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing and assembly, and support components to assist with assembly 4. Perform quality control checks of manufactured products for defects or other problems 5. Working with engineers and technicians to design new products using computer-assisted design software (CAD) 6. Prepare a broad range of documentation including but not limited to design requirements, technical specifications, assessment documents, performance analysis, design manuals, installation and commissioning documents 7. Work with Project Engineer in deciding pipe specifications, for the desired machine in order to intergrate with client’s systems. 8. Review P&ID drawings from project engineer to plan on design of HVAC machine. 9. Perform HVAC system checks such as pressure test, machine functional test and etc to make sure the design of the HVAC machine works in accordingly to produce the desired heating or cooling result. 10. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Design or Draft cooling tower based on company's default specifications or based on client's specifications 2. Standardize cooling tower drawings and making it company’s default design 3. Review past drawings for cooling tower improvement and cost efficiency 4. Documenting all cooling tower parts and drawing 5. Verify all mechanical part drawings and making sure all the measurements are accurate 6. Manage costing for projects to make sure all projects stay on desired budget 7. Work with Production Manager to make sure all the items are accurate in terms of measurement, quantity and specifications 8. Planning production work so that every part is produced as per schedule 9. Monitoring production process and solve design problems should they occur during production process 10. Manage cooling tower construction progress at the construction site so that it is complete based on the desired date 11. Work with Project engineer to liaise projects until project completion 12. Work with Supervisor to make sure all dimensions and structure is according to plan 13. Work with Supervisor in troubleshooting problems in terms of installation and design 14. Solve cooling tower problems should they occur during installation process such as leakage, temperature control, malfunction and etc. 15.
