Check System Status Viewer for error states, solve possible. Check if RNRP shows all Interface connections without any error messages. Unclear situations and acknowledge all components. Check if all 800xA services and redundancies are running in correct state. Afw Service Status viewer. Check history state. Check if history servers are in redundant mode and are synchronized. Check if history scanner services are up and running.Server & Workstation Visual Inspection Check for loose screws, plugs or connectors, unusual odour or discoloration, cracks, damage, deformation, or excessive rust, abnormal sound or vibration e.g. by fan, discoloration due to overheating, damaged surface of wires and cables and others. Check Disk LEDs for correct state. Check Front Panel Server Status. Shutdown and Clean Server and Workstations. Check if antivirus updates are imported correctly via central distribution. Check the Operator Workplace and observe if process values are alive. Check OPC logs. Collect and store the OPC logs by 800xA system diagnostic tools for unusual messages. Do this check on Servers CS0011 and CS0012.Controller AC 800MVisual Inspection Check for loose screws, plugs or connectors, unusual odour or discoloration, cracks, damage, deformation, or excessive rust. Check indicators. Yellow or red indicators or according to system messages should be maintained. Check Controller Redundancy Primary and Dual Light on controller. Exchange PM861 internal Battery if required. Check Controller Log files for unusual Error Messages.Controller IOs & Comm.
