  We are building a SaaS solution in the space of customer service. Our solution allows our customers to deliver customer service through social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ...) and private messaging channels like WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, Twitter DM, in-web, SMS, ... Our platform is being build on technologies like Java JDK 15, spring-boot, Kafka, Redis, MySQL (Aurora), Debezium and is being deployed on a Kubernetes cluster that runs on AWS.
