Designed and developed the aerosol generation, drying and sampling technology to prepare reference materials (standards) for quantifying Lead, Silicon, and Phosphorous for analysis of environmentally collected field samples using XRF and ICP/MS analysis. The standards were used by large air monitoring networks in US-EPA network including IMPROVE and SLAMS. 1.Speciation studies for SOA generated by ozonolysis of biogenic VOCs and their mixtures found in indoor and atmospheric environment, using solvent extraction and GC/MS methodologies. 2. Scent traps collected from mountain pine beetle infected ans non infected trees were collected, solvent extracted and VOCs were identified by GC/MS.
