I got to work with shaly during the pre opening and post opening of siyam world. Shaly is a leader and a mentor who continuously encouraged beginners to grow and achieve more. Shaly was humble towards the whole team and always guided us and helped us to improve. It was an amazing experience to work with you shaly. Good luck and wish you all the best.

Shaly is a powerhouse of an HR person that serves as a role model to women in the tourism industry in and beyond the Maldives. I have worked with her for some 2 years, establishing the Crossroad project, which is - and likely will be for a long time - the biggest integrated resort project in the country with some 1000 employees, which Shaly and an extensive HR team recruited from all over the world but the majority being Maldivians. She has built up a reputation to encourage women and Maldivians to take up positions in our project and that included leadership positions and has achieved a formidable and well documented ratio on this subject. Shaly is a driven, ambitious and self confident person that at the same time shows vulnerability and a high degree of emotional intelligence that makes her a leader that the team respects and a leader that people want to work for, which ultimately results in her being able to get things done! I wish Shaly only the best for her personal life and her professional career and can highly recommend her, also for a position beyond or other than in the field of Human Resources.
