   Monitor the process facilities being operated in line with Company HSE policy. Update and file all operation documents and Technical Safety Document. Initiate talk to increase awareness of the team with regards to Safety and Technical knowledge. Follow up any Anomalies and/or Near Miss Incident Report and investigate transparently anomalies, unsafe situations, unsafe acts or incidents and take corrective actions. Contribute to safety actions refer to KPI achievement, including check all work permits are recorded and been followed up. Assist Process Supervisor in case of emergency and implementation Environment Management System (EMS) Contribute in updating production documents (e.g. operating procedures, SSI, P&IDs) Check the parameters the equipment operation (level, pressure, temperature, flow rate and valve indication) to verify the safe production. Coordinate the communication between control rooms in all sites and downstream related to movement of production.  Analyze the daily production report (daily report, daily calculation, shut down report, field view, etc) Restart the plant after shut down, trouble shooting and analyze if any degradation. Gather daily exported oil production data from other sites. Maintain plant process always stable either by manual or auto. Initiate process Emergency Shut Down (ESD) in case of emergency situation as per hierarchy approval. Report transparently unplanned Shut Down and participate in investigation and implement corrective actions. Identify and follow up all anomalies equipment condition of process facilities. Report all anomalies complete with chart attachment if any process equipment is in an upset condition.  Identify early notifications to avoid anomalies on process operation.  Issue notification of repair request.
