Through account reviews, training, and assistance, I help drive profitable customer behavior and account growth with individual and professional customers. I utilize CRM software and tools to analyze customer account activity, make recommendations based on their activity, marketing and advertising goals and current spend. I schedule and provide one-on-one training with individual and professional sellers, as well as consumers on how to utilize the functions and features of MHVillage.com. I am responsible for creating and managing customer accounts, and work closely with the department's Vice President and the Customer Experience & Project Manager with large high-volume customers, helping implement their various marketing plans and budget needs. I work closely with the company’s Technology and Marketing departments on changes and revisions to the website by communicating how the website is utilized, test the website when new features and products are released, and troubleshoot when issues arise. My daily responsibilities include management and maintenance of accounts, logs and data entry, reviewing listings and advertisements, resolving any advertising issues that are flagged in the system as well as making personal contact with customers and handling their requests. I am experienced in using ASANA, Slack, RingCentral, Zoom, Google and Microsoft Office as well as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign software.
