Coordinator for Student Life Assessment and Planning
-
Jul 2019 - Sep 2021
In this role I led the Student Life (Division of Student Affairs and Division of Student Advancements) Assessment and Planning committee representing 20 departments. In just the past two years I have lead these units through the visioning and development of a three-year strategic plan. This process was based on Appreciative Inquiry, focused on bringing to life the best of our work and bridging the gap between where we are and where we want to be. In year one we identified 3 key anchors (Belong, Be Well, and Experience) to shape or strategic plan around and helped each department identify two key initiative, actions steps, and key metrics their department would focus on. In year 2 I have been equipping the committee members with the skills to assess their plans by focusing on skill development around qualitative and quantitative data methods and analytics, tools for data collection, data visualization and story telling. We will be mapping all departments individuals metrics to the identified KPI's connected to Belong, Be Well, and Experience.
