I had made plenty of strides in my career to this point so i didn't believe I would need much external support to improve and develop. After joining the Inkling course and receiving coaching from Ami, it opened me up to new and exciting potential that I couldn't even imagine. As amazing as the program is, I believe I owe my new found drive and passion to Ami. Her calm and compassionate demeanor gave me the confidence to open up and be vulnerable. This made it so much easier to see what works for me and because we came to conclusions together it meant that those focus points and new skills are more likely to become habits.
