  Founded in 1999, I-Tul works with businesses to PHP software including web sites, line of business software and software as a service sites. We provide an end-to-end solution including project specifications, design, development, database programming, and on-going support. With a clear understanding of how software and web sites integrate into a business’s infrastructure, I-Tul creates effective, efficient and reliable softwaresolutions.Prior to founding I-Tul, Amanda Hart service in a variety of technical and project management roles. Her first roles as webmaster, at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 1994, provided an early start to a still growing Internet. Following her time at JPL, Amanda worked at several small and large companies as lead information technology support and project management. These jobs provided an overviewof how software, technology and the web integrated into a business environment and the benefits of software automation.Amanda focuses on identifying effective and efficient solutions to meet the business goals. She is always looking to optimize processes, data management and building a stable, supportable and useful IT infrastructure for her clients.
