Supreme Court registered attorney who is licensed to represent clients before all courts in the UAE (including the Dubai Courts and Abu Dhabi Courts) with rights of audience in courts in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries including Saudi Arabia. Specialized in civil, commercial and criminal litigation and extensive experience in a variety of areas including handling high level commercial disputes on behalf of leading UAE organizations and multinational firms operating in the GCC, dealing with governmental and regulatory matters and representing clients in high profile civil lawsuits, also involved in alternative dispute resolution work in his capacity as both counsel and as an arbitrator, advises clients on a variety of other matters including general transactional work, banking and finance, employment and labour relations, real estate issues, criminal litigation and civil matters.
