She shows great attention to detail to ensure tickets meet the requirements but goes above and beyond by pointing out areas that may not be specified but that don’t provide a great user experience to ensure we are delivering the highest quality product we can. Amena communicates well, making it easiest for a developer to replicate any bug raised quickly - which then also allows us to deliver the fix quicker. Amena would be an asset to any QA team.
