My main role was to support the key project managers in the Global Product Marketing team but also to manage my own projects. These have included the inception and development of several Online Exclusives, the initiation and management of select Boutique exclusives in the form of coloured caps, and a limited edition cap for a leading UK retailer.I contributed at all stages of launch planning and development from early stage creative brainstorming, to financial planning, global forecasting and final point of sale execution. Given the many stakeholders involved in each project, I furthered my project management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills, successfully negotiating my way through to deliver successful programmes to time and to budget.

Due to the scientific research on local flora and fauna during the expedition, I also gained the John Muir (Explorer) Conservation Award.
