In this scope I am focusing on the areas product development, marketing and finance. hempy period is revolutionizing the feminine hygiene industry with the innovation of radically sustainable and plastic-free menstrual products that are Cradle to Cradle certified, meaning they are returned to the biological cycle as recovered nutrients after use. With our first product, the Hempon, we are rethinking the disposable tampon product and for the first time offering menstruators who do not want to use reusable products the option of truly sustainable menstruation with tampons - without restrictions and without compromise.
