Amelia is an incredible communicator, client relationship manager and problem-solver. I worked closely with Amelia at Miglic MacLeod, consulting on complex road infrastructure projects. I have admired how Amelia always engages clients with empathy, understanding and rapport, while always having a can-do attitude that is ready to put in the hard yards to work through complex challenges and deliver client outcomes. Furthermore, Amelia always aims to elevate and empower her fellow co-workers, understanding where skill gaps may lie in a project and bringing in the right people at the right time. I am thankful I was able to work alongside her, and learnt a huge amount. Amelia is an excellent consultant that will be an asset to any project that comes her way.
