My engagement with Amelia started when we, as teaching assistants, both facilitated advising training sessions offered to an international group of professionals. Her powerful reflective comments or questions on participants' posts in forums were always insightful and encouraged them to reflect deeper on their experiences. When we co-taught parts of the course, Amelia was very creative, practical, and responsive to the immediate needs of the audience and the co-instructors, not only relieving but also inspiring for me. Despite all the challenges involved in teaching online, she could engage her audience efficiently as her content was always 'real and relatable.' I'm looking forward to our future endeavours together!
