  While completing my second year of university, I worked as a student caller for the University of Glasgow’s spring fundraising campaign. The aim of the campaign was to raise money to fund important projects that impact the university and its students. During the campaign, I personally helped to raise £6,000 towards these projects through conversations with alumni.   I worked for two years at the Denstone Hall Farm Shop & Cafe, taking on roles in both the retail and service industries. I worked as a retail assistant in the shop aspect of the business for 2 years, which allowed a great understanding of working in retail and developed my customer service skills. Additionally, I was also a member of the Cafe team, where I worked as a waitress, taking orders and communicating with the kitchen in order to fulfill customers’ individual needs.
