  My roles in marketing included entertaining international clients, product and label design, sales strategy, autonomously running the merchandise account, website design, and attending and preparing for various international wine fairs including Vinexpo and ProWein. I studied the principals of winemaking here, and worked with the oenology team during production to gain experience within this sector. I also worked alongside the head agronomist in the vines during the harvest and pruning season, so to experience wine production from the ground up. Here I obtained invaluable knowledge about large scale wine production, sustainable vineyard management techniques, the cellaring of wine, international trade, and the importance of environment and climate on grape production.
